Founding Attorney Tod I. Mammuth
Founding attorney Tod I. Mammuth started this law firm in 1978. His practice focuses on trial law with a concentration on negligence, products liability, insurance claims and healthcare law.
He was an active member on the Board of Governors for the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, now called the American Association for Justice. He served as a hearing committee member for the disciplinary board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. He is an active member in the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association as well as the Philadelphia Bar Association.
Managing Partner Marc S. Rosenberg
Attorney Marc Rosenberg has been a managing partner at Mammuth & Rosenberg since 1986. He is licensed and practices law in the state and federal courts of both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is a trial lawyer and focuses his practice on areas of negligence and products liability. He has spoken frequently as a guest lecturer at neighboring universities and on behalf of the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and Philadelphia's Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers (American Association for Justice) and other Bar organizations. Mr. Rosenberg is a member of the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and American Bar Association, and Association for Justice. Mr. Rosenberg also serves as a judge pro tem.
Mr. Rosenberg is a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, one of the most prestigious groups of trial lawyers in the United States. Membership is limited to attorneys who have won million-dollar verdicts and settlements. Less than one percent of U.S. lawyers are members. Mr. Rosenberg achieved the status of Super Lawyer in 2009.
