Auto Accidents

As your legal counsel, our first word of advice is do not talk to the insurance company. All communication should flow through your auto accident attorney. While it may seem that the insurance company is calling to cover the basic facts of the accident, anything you say can be used to deny your claim. It is not unusual for the insurance adjuster to back you into a corner. It is important to let your car accident attorney handle the details and know which party has what information. Read more on our Auto Accidents page.

Product Liability

Product manufacturers, by law, must provide a product that is safe for its intended use. Unfortunately, some companies produce inferior and dangerous products, and allow them to be sold to the public, resulting in injuries. Everything from children’s toys to medical instruments to basic household items must carry with them some warranty. When a product is defective and causes injury to the user or those around him or her, the manufacturer may be liable for the ensuing damages. Read more on our Product Liability page.

Medical Malpractice

Doctors, hospitals and other medical professionals are held to a specific, industry-wide standard of care. When these professionals act negligently and do not provide sufficient care, they may be liable for any resulting injuries or worsening conditions. Misdiagnosis of diseases or medical conditions, ineffective or improper treatment, and prescription errors all may constitute medical malpractice. Read more on our Medical Malpractice page.

Slip & Fall

‘Slip and fall’ accidents occur when an individual slips, trips, stumbles, and/or falls, and is injured by a dangerous condition. Not all falling accidents constitute a slip and fall accident though; the owner of the property must have either created the condition, known about its existence and failed to take proper precautions, or should have known of its existence. The person or company in control of the property may be liable for any accident due to a dangerous condition. Read more on our Slip & Fall page.

Work Related Injuries

If you have been injured at work and are unable to immediately resume working because of that injury, we can help guide you through the workers’ compensation program. You will likely have medical bills and other costs to cover while you are no longer able to earn wages, and you should receive the workers’ compensation benefits you are entitled to. Being injured while working during your job, on a worksite, or within your career obligations is a serious situation. Our legal team helps you take the necessary next steps. Read more on our work related injuries page.

Brain Injuries

Brain injuries can be the result of many types of accidents, but all have a common thread: any accident involving a brain injury is severe, no brain injuries are ‘minor.’ Whatever the circumstances of the accident, brain injuries can result in life changing damage to learning and thinking skills, muscle reflexes, sight and speech, communication skills, and many other important functions. Read more on our Brain Injuries page.

Premises Liability

If you have been injured on someone else’s property, you may be able to seek compensation from the property owner. These cases are known as premises liability claims. What merits a legitimate premises liability claim? There are many factors that must be considered when analyzing a premises liability claim. At Rosenberg Law we will evaluate all the details of your accident and provide you with your best legal options moving forward. Read more on our Premises Liability page.
